Owlbear Update

Hello Adventurer, 

I woke up this morning and saw that we missed the Owlbear challenge.  We were not able to reach the set goal of 355 backers on day 1.

I frowned.  I sulked around a bit.  I got annoyed at the silly rule.  Then I remembered I was the one who set the rule...So I sat down and went over the numbers to make sure I wasn't about to make a costly emotional decision. 

We had a FANTASTIC Day 1 by any measure, and I'm not going to spoil that!  

Owlbears for all!

What's Next and an Unlock!

Hello again, 

I wanted to post a general update so that you would have an idea what to expect moving forward with this campaign.  

What has happened so far?

We had a HUGE first day! I am extremely thankful for the support of my creative pursuits.

As a show of thanks for the amazing support, all backers who pledge for at least 1 pin will also receive a free Owlbear pin when their pins ship!

There are over 30 days left. What do we have to look forward to?

There are three Custom Kitties that have been pledged for. For these I work with those three backers to design special kitties, that once completed, will become selectable designs for this campaign!

There will also be Design Insights posts where I will show you some of the design process for the pins in this campaign!

Note: I will not be doing Story Time posts for this campaign like I did in Series 1. While I know some of you really enjoyed them, I got very mixed feedback about them last time, and I think that I will keep the focus of updates on the artwork itself this time around. I AM still working toward a web comic though, so there will eventually be more kitty stories!
